BACKGROUND:
I am a creative office manager/administrator with
extensive experience in the financial industry, including Merrill
Lynch, Smith Barney, a financial software company, a Non-Profit
Foundation, and a private Family Office. Skilled at project
organization, report implementation, supervising, training, and
bookkeeping qualifies me for general office management and
administration.
SKILLS:
Diplomacy with excellent speaking and writing skills
allows me to effectively interface with inside and outside personnel
optimizing communication, confidentiality, and project completion.
As an independent contractor, I am there when my clients need
short-term or long-term assistance without any employee related
costs (e.g., Medicare, social security, paid vacation, sick leave,
and other employee related benefits).
LOCATION:
I will work in my clients' home or office – wherever they
need project work or regular assistance for as few or as many hours
as they require. I can organize their home office, help prepare tax
information for CPAs, process AP/AR, prepare reports, reconcile
bank/brokerage statements, and supervise projects – to mention just
a few capabilities I bring to the table.
QUALIFICATIONS:
I have a Masters in Business Administration, 14 years
experience in the finance industry, and 5 years experience in
private family trust and foundation administration.
